Amalric Véret, owner of Laboratoires Activa and Pronitri has been interviewed by the radio program “A man, a company” (in French “un homme, une entreprise”). The first part of the interview was about “describing the history of the laboratories and their positioning to differentiate themselves from the other market players”. Qu’est-ce qui vous différencie face aux autres laboratoires ?

What makes you different from other market players?

Je dirais notre approche. Nous avons une approche humaine, pour l’humain dans sa globalité. Notre technologie au service de l’efficacité. Nos compléments alimentaires vont aider à l’autorégulation de la cellule de chaque individu. Nos produits sont élaborés dans le respect de l’équilibre de l’individu. Ils sont biocompatibles et biodisponibles.

I would say that our approach is a human approach, for the human as a whole. Our technology at the service of efficiency. Our nutritional supplements will help the self-regulation of each individual’s cell. Our products are developed with respect for the balance of the individual. They are biocompatible and bioavailable.

Combien de collaborateurs employez-vous et quels sont leurs profils ?

How many staff do you have and what are their profiles?

Aujourd’hui nous avons une quarantaine de collaborateurs. On a 20 commerciaux pour couvrir le pays et toutes les pharmacies et 20 autres collaborateurs pour fabriquer et administrer le développement.

Today we have about 40 employees. We have 20 sales people to cover the country and all the pharmacies. Then another 20 collaborators to manufacture and administer the development.

Quels sont vos objectifs pour 2020 ?

What are your 2020 objectives?

Pour 2020, accéder à toujours plus de praticiens de santé dans nos formations de nutripucture. Ils peuvent s’inscrire sur Nutripucture.fr Nous avons beaucoup investi dans la recherche. Donc on souhaiterait commercialiser nos solutions scientifiques pour l’endométriose et l’apnée du sommeil.

In a few words, tell us about your background:

“First of all, it is a story of discovery and family vocation. Pronutri is expert in molecular information. We design, develop, produce and market ranges of food supplements, optimised in their highly differentiated efficacy.

Pronutri began to be marketed to doctors in 1995. Then, based on our know-how and the efficiency of the products, we decided to make this technology more accessible through pharmacies with the Activa brand.

Thus, we have a Well Being range for 1 months courses, for example to support sleep or stress, respiratory problems…and the Chrono range, with an efficacy within 30 minutes.

Today we are the only lab to offer a one-week course dietary supplement that’s effective within 30 minutes.”

How do you position yourself in relation to other laboratories? What makes you different? Who are your customers?

“Today we are a french company that designs and manufactures in France. We master the whole process. We are an integrative company and we are doing a lot of R&D. We have partnerships with the CNRS. We are the most scientific food supplement on the market. Oligo-metal complexes in tablets, microgranules, controlled, delayed and immediate releases.

We propose training programs for doctors and health practitioners with Nutripuncture®. This is a modality that looks at the cause of a disturbance in the patient’s individuality. We also propose trainings with our pharmacist partners and our teams directly in the pharmacy.”
