Menopause appears at the cessation of ovarian function and the final disappearance of ovulation and menstruation.

2- Menopause: <\/b><\/span>The average age of menopause is between 50 and 51 years
\n70% of women experience hot flashes, defined by shivering, trembling, feeling unwell, dizziness, sudden feeling of intense heat, palpitations, heavy sweating during the day but also at night. Discomforts such as vulvovaginal dryness, urinary problems, headaches, fatigue, insomnia, irritability, anxiety, and diffuse joint pain can also appear during this period.<\/p>\n

3- Post Menopause <\/b><\/span>with symptoms such as vaginal dryness, urinary incontinence, cystitis, increased risk of cardiovascular disease, increased risk of osteoporosis, loss of skin flexibility, hair loss, and weight gain.<\/p>\n
